For Santa Clara Co Public Health:
Manage/model a library/warehouse of County medical information received from:
ambulance and paramedics responding to 911 emergencies;
private and public hospital Emergency Room admission assessments;
The noted information is then collated and transformed into a practical format, evoking subsequent trend analysis reports for use by Public Health administrators in order to foster their capability to make sound decisions about addressing the health and well-being of the people in the County.
Further developed is a “Performance Measure” system tool enabling PH' staff to track latest county health information in relation to measureable targeted objectives.
This information generates periodic status dashboard reports, contributing to Santa Clara County Public Health' ability to measure their impact on the health of the County as well as meet National accreditation standards.
Created an application to trace Blood borne Pathogens from a Source person to Exposed person(s). -capturing relevant clinical details on each.
